Shipping and Returns
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground delivery unless otherwise specified in your order.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless promoted on the site or noted on your invoice, including the additional cost of shipping should you choose to upgrade the shipping service.
In stock items or orders placed before 2:00 pm CST will likely ship on the same day of the order (certain restrictions may apply.)
Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be processed on the following day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you.
Flagpoles are shipped by truck line and cost varies by location. Please contact us at 214-596-1900 for order and shipping information.
Proofread your order carefully before submitting your order for processing. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged any additional charges that may occur.

If a shipment comes in damaged, please sign for it as damaged to start the claim procedure then contact us at 214-596-1900 with all claims for damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for damages to items as a result of faulty package handling on the part of the shipping party.
FLAG RETURN POLICY
- Most products sold by Symonds Flags & Poles qualify for exchange or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging and there will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns that are not the result of factory error. Return shipment is at the purchaser’s expense.
- Symonds Flags & Poles will exchange a defective item(s) if reported within 30 days. We will not be liable for defective items not reported within the 30 day period.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and review of returned merchandise. We do not refund any shipping charges.
